PRODUCTION AREA

The grapes from which this wine was made were produced in the Contrada Torre di Bocca, an area suitable for raising vines.

WINE MAKING

Vinified with modern technologies in temperature controlled in stainless - steel vats. It is then aged 50% in contact with wood and the remaining 50% in cement tanks for 2 years. Following this period, the wine is assembled in stainless steel vats and then bottled. Following the bottling, the wine is left to rest for 2 months even before being marketed.

SOIL TYPE

The vineyards are located in a hilly area about 140 meters above sea level and 16 km away from the sea.

DESCRIPTION AND SERVING PROPOSAL

Red wine made from Nero di Troia and Aglianico grapes. Red in color, with a harmonious flavor,
aromas of berries, floral and vanilla notes. Versatile, it is excellent with red meats and cheeses.
